Location: Thane West, Majiwada, Mumbai

Work Mode: Work From Office

Shift Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass

Salary Structure:

• Freshers (Hindi Callers): ₹14,000 – ₹16,000
• Experienced (Hindi Callers): ₹15,000 – ₹18,000
• Hindi Callers: ₹12,000 – ₹14,000
• English Callers: ₹14,000 – ₹18,000

Job Summary:

We are hiring Customer Care Executives for the Kotak Bank outbound/inbound customer support process. The role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to handle queries professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls related to Kotak Bank services.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries efficiently.
• Maintain professional communication and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Update customer records and follow up on pending issues.
• Meet daily/weekly targets and adhere to process guidelines.
• Escalate unresolved queries to senior team members when required.

Required Skills:

• Good verbal communication skills in Hindi (English will be an added advantage).
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to navigate CRM systems.
• Strong listening skills and a polite, patient attitude.
• Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
