Job Description

Note:-12th pass with the Science stream is compulsory

Immediate Joiner is preferred

Roles and Responsibilities

Managing inbound calls in a timely manner
Identifying end users' needs, and clarify information.
Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 12th pass or any graduate with a Science background in 12th class
Should be able to speak in both English & Hindi languages
Previous experience in a customer support /call handling role related to any portal/services with Indian Government will be an added advantage.
Candidates from nearby areas will be preferred

FRESHERS can also apply.

Location Gurgaon, Sector-44

Candidates with maximum 15 days notice period will be preferred.

IMMEDIATE JOINERSwill be preferred
