Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell calibration and quality assurance (QA) services to clients in various industries.
  • Actively collect inquiries related to calibration and QA from existing and potential customers.
  • Maintain and follow up on the renewal data of existing customers to ensure continued business and service contracts.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and service.
  • Conduct regular field visits to identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.

Key Requirements

  • Experience:

    Prior experience in calibration services or technical sales is preferred.
  • Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet targets.
  • Good data management and follow-up practices.
  • Other:

  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and site visits.
  • Basic understanding of QA and calibration procedures.
