Precise Caltest Private Limited is an ISO/IEC 17025:2017 NABL-accredited calibration laboratory providing high-accuracy calibration services for mechanical measuring instruments. We cater to industries like manufacturing, engineering, automotive, and process plants, ensuring their measurement tools meet international standards.

Position Overview

We are looking for a Calibration Engineer with a background in mechanical or instrumentation fields. The role involves performing calibration, verification, testing, and maintenance of precision measuring instruments, ensuring compliance with NABL and ISO standards. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform in-house and onsite calibration of instruments such as Pressure Gauges, Spirit Levels, Vernier Calipers, Torque Wrenches, Surface Plates, and other mechanical tools.
• Follow ISO/IEC 17025:2017 procedures and NABL guidelines for all calibration work.
• Maintain accurate calibration records, issue certificates, and ensure traceability of measurements.
• Identify deviations, perform adjustments, and troubleshoot instrument errors.
• Operate calibration equipment like slip gauges, height gauges, surface plates, and digital indicators.
• Coordinate with clients for calibration schedules, delivery, and technical support.
• Ensure all calibration equipment is well-maintained and within due calibration dates.

Required Qualifications

• B.E. / B.Tech in Instrumentation & Control, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of metrology and calibration processes.
• Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years experience in calibration will be considered.
• Good problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
