We are currently looking for two full-time caf managers to join our passionate team in Amritsar. **Role Overview:** - **Caf Operations Lead**: As a Caf Operations Lead, you will be responsible for handling day-to-day operations, team schedules, kitchen flow, inventory management, and quality checks. - **Guest Experience Lead**: In the role of Guest Experience Lead, you will manage the service team, customer interactions, reviews, in-store experience, and feedback loops. **Key Responsibilities:** - Ensure smooth operations of the caf including team schedules, kitchen flow, inventory management, and quality checks. - Manage the service team to enhance customer experience, handle customer interactions, monitor reviews, and improve in-store experience. - Provide clear communication and leadership to the team. - Demonstrate comfort in a fast-moving, premium caf environment. - Prioritize reliability, leadership, and a strong presence in your role. **Qualifications Required:** - Previous caf/restaurant experience is preferred. - Confidence in managing a young team and communicating clearly. - Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
