Experience: 2+ years in QSR as Shift In Charge, Cafe In Charge, Cafe Manager, or Store Manager

Qualification: 12th Grade or equivalent

Salary: In-hand ₹25,000 to ₹30,000

Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Cafe Lead to oversee our cafe operations in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the team, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Manage, train, and inspire a diverse team to deliver exceptional service.
• Customer Experience: Ensure a welcoming atmosphere and a high standard of customer service.
• Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, ordering, and inventory control.
• Operational Excellence: Manage daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• P&L Understanding: Assist in monitoring basic Profit & Loss statements to achieve financial objectives.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
• KPI Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
• Scheduling: Create and manage team schedules to ensure adequate staffing.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a leadership role within the QSR industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of P&L statements and KPI metrics.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
