CAE Engineer / Analyst - Crash & Safety CAE

Role Overview: As a CAE Engineer / Analyst specializing in Crash & Safety CAE, your primary role will involve Vehicle Crash CAE Simulation & Evaluation. You will be responsible for preparing full vehicle CAE models, conducting system and full vehicle simulations using LS-Dyna software, optimizing models, interpreting results, preparing reports, and collaborating with stakeholders for implementation of countermeasures. Your key responsibilities will include: - Creating full vehicle CAE models using HYPERMESH/ANSA/PRIMER - Conducting system and full vehicle simulations using LS-Dyna software - Developing vehicle body and aggregates for Crash & Occupant Safety using CAE - Optimizing models and ensuring robustness using DiffCrash, ModeFrontier, LS-OPT - Interpreting results in LS-PrePost/Hyperview/Hypergraph and providing directions for countermeasures - Communicating with stakeholders and testing teams to analyze failures and make improvements in CAE methodology Qualification Required: - Educational Qualification: BE / B Tech (preferably Mechanical), ME / M Tech (preferably Mechanical Design or equivalent) - Experience: Minimum 3 years, Maximum 6 years - Age Limit: No minimum, Maximum 29 years Additional Details: - You are expected to have strong fundamentals in Strength of Materials, Theory of Elasticity / Plasticity, and a good understanding of Automotive Body, Sheet metal & Plastic part design - Knowledge of AIS Safety Regulations, NCAP protocols, and Finite Element Analysis is required - Experience in interpreting and understanding FEA results, post-processing, and preparing comprehensive analysis reports is essential - Exposure to physical testing and ability to understand test conditions and its representation in CAE will be preferred - Behavioral competencies such as excellent interpersonal skills, communication & presentation skills, achievement orientation, and teamwork are crucial for success in this role,
