Job Title:

Experience:

Skill Set

Hands-on experience in CAE processes & Pre/Post processing tools
Expertise in
Abaqus / LS-Dyna / Nastran
(Radioss is a plus)
Automotive
Interiors exposure
(hard trim / soft trim / door trim / IP trim)
Familiarity with OEM vehicle development processes
CAD system exposure
TCL / Python scripting knowledge
Strong analytical & soft skills

Domain Knowledge

Interior Trim analysis for product development & design release
Evaluation of standard & non-standard
durability & safety load cases
Expertise in
plastic modeling techniques, connections, and material card selection

Support day-to-day CAE requests for
Interiors Analysis
Setup models for respective analysis requirements
Work on interiors safety analysis (added advantage)
Debug models across solvers and identify root causes
Simulate non-standard load cases with realistic approaches
Correlate results professionally with customer expectations
Identify potential issues, brainstorm solutions & continuously enhance methods
