Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Technical Support and Troubleshooting o Provide expert-level support for NX, with a specialization in surface modeling.
- Resolve CAD-related issues and ensure compliance with PDM/PLM standards.
- Guide users in adopting efficient CAD methods and home-grown solutions.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users on CAD best practices and tools.
- Create and maintain user-friendly documentation and resources using Confluence.
- Familiarity with CAD templates, PowerCopys/UDFs, and macro development.
- Basic understanding of PDM/PLM systems (e.g. SAP PLM, Teamcenter, 3DEXPERIENCE, Windchill) and workflows.
- Proficiency in Confluence for creating and managing documentation.
