CAD - DRAFTSPERSON (INTERIORS)

As a skilled and detail-oriented CAD Draftsperson with strong experience in interior design and detailing, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Prepare and develop detailed interior drawings, layouts, and working drawings. - Translate design concepts into precise technical drawings in coordination with the design team. - Prepare GFC (Good for Construction) drawings and as-built documentation. - Ensure all drawings comply with project standards, specifications, and timelines. - Collaborate with site and design teams to maintain accuracy and clarity in execution. To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: - Diploma or Degree in Architecture or Interior Design/Design. - 3-10 years of experience in interior fit-out drawings (corporate, commercial, or residential). - Proficiency in AutoCAD (knowledge of SketchUp/Revit is a plus). - Strong understanding of materials, joinery details, and services coordination. - Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
