As a Teacher/Trainer for CA/CMA Courses, your primary responsibility will be to conduct offline classes in Bangalore and Mysore, catering to individuals pursuing their CA or CMA qualifications. To excel in this role, you must hold a completed CA or CMA (Final) certification, showcasing a profound comprehension of the respective syllabi. While prior teaching experience is advantageous, it is not a mandatory requirement. Your expertise in the field of accountancy will be put to use as you delve into subjects such as Financial Accounting, Corporate Laws, Income Tax, Auditing, GST, and Strategic Financial Management for CA courses. Alternatively, for CMA courses, your focus will shift towards Cost Accounting, Financial Management, Performance Management, Budgeting, and Management Accounting. Your adept communication and presentation skills will play a crucial role in effectively conveying these concepts to students. In this role, you will deliver top-notch lectures and training sessions, guiding students through challenging topics and aiding them in exam preparations. Continuous assessments and constructive feedback will be essential in monitoring and enhancing student progress, fostering an atmosphere of interactive and engaging learning.
