CA/CMA /CS - Junior Level

You will be part of our finance team as a motivated and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) / Cost & Management Accountant (CMA) / Company Secretary (CS) at the Junior Level. Your role will involve preparing financial statements, MIS reports, and balance sheets accurately and in a timely manner. You will maintain books of accounts according to accounting standards and regulatory requirements, and coordinate with auditors for various audits. Ensuring compliance with GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory regulations will be a key responsibility. Additionally, you will assist in annual budget preparation, financial forecasting, and monitoring budget vs. actual expenses to implement cost control measures. Supervising and mentoring the accounting team for policy adherence will also be part of your duties. To excel in this role, you should hold a qualification such as CA, CMA, or CS at the Fresher/Junior Level. Strong financial expertise, regulatory knowledge, analytical skills, and technical proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (preferably SAP/Tally) are essential. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, along with a strong work ethic to work independently and collaboratively are required. Prior experience or internship in finance/accounting is preferred.
