We are looking for a qualified and motivated CA / CA Appearing candidate to join our dynamic team at a well-established multi-specialty hospital. The role offers an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the hospital’s entire financial and accounting operations, contributing to smooth financial management and long-term business success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full-spectrum accounting operations including ledger management, bank reconciliation, payment processing, vendor management, and expense control.
• Manage financial reporting, preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with statutory requirements.
• Monitor day-to-day cash flow, ensure proper maintenance of financial records, and manage timely payments and collections.
• Prepare and submit GST returns, TDS filings, and other statutory compliance on time.
• Assist in preparation of budgets, forecasting, and variance analysis to support management decision-making.
• Oversee internal controls and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Liaise with external auditors during statutory and internal audits.
• Support payroll processing, employee reimbursements, and related compliance.
• Analyze financial performance and suggest cost optimization measures.
• Assist in financial planning, asset management, and long-term financial strategies.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• CA / CA Appearing candidates with strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, and financial management.
• 3+ years of practical experience in accounts and finance, preferably in healthcare or service industry.
• Well-versed with Tally ERP / SAP / MS Excel and other accounting software.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
