Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Provide accounting advice and transactional support for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, investments, structured finance, debt and equity offerings, leasing, and derivatives.
Draft technical accounting memos and support accounting policy and governance initiatives.
Conduct technical research using guidance from FASB, SEC, IASB, and publicly available filings.
Support in the interpretation and implementation of new accounting standards.
Benchmark client data against industry standards and recommend improvements.
Ensure quality in client deliverables by managing engagement progress and timelines.
Apply professional judgment to complex accounting situations, including regulatory compliance.
Identify engagement and client service issues and communicate effectively with Managers and Senior Managers.
Stay updated with accounting concepts, professional standards, and firm policies
