Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise the
day-to-day accounting operations
.
Prepare and finalize
Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss (P&L) statements
, and supporting schedules.
Review accounting entries and ensure adherence to accounting standards.
Manage
Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger
functions in
Tally ERP
.
Ensure
GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances
are filed accurately and on time.
Conduct
bank and vendor reconciliations
, and oversee cash flow management.
Coordinate and support
statutory and internal audits
.
Monitor team performance, allocate responsibilities, and ensure process accuracy.
Assist in
budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

CA Inter-qualified
/
CMA Inter-qualified
(Mandatory).
4 to 6 years of post-articleship experience
in accounting and finance.
Proven expertise in
Balance Sheet & P&L preparation
and
team handling
.
Strong proficiency in
Tally ERP
and
MS Excel
.
In-depth knowledge of
accounting standards, GST, and TDS
.
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.
