CA Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis

Role Overview: As a Manager at CFO Services LLP, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of financial analysts and ensuring the delivery of high-quality financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and management information systems (MIS) services to clients. Your role will involve managing client projects, providing financial insights, and maintaining compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Lead analyst teams and manage client deliverables effectively - Handle budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and MIS reporting - Analyze financial data to support decision-making processes - Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulations - Present reports and recommendations to clients in a clear and concise manner - Drive process improvements and promote cross-functional collaboration Qualification Required: - Chartered Accountant (Qualified) - 1-2 years of relevant experience - Strong analytical and communication skills - Sound knowledge of accounting principles and compliance - Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and Tally - Exposure to tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Zoho, or SAP will be advantageous - Prior experience in team management and hands-on financial modeling is desirable About the Company: CFO Services LLP is a part of ATMS Group, a 25+ year-old financial services firm with over 180 team members spread across Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, and Pune.
