Job Summary:

CA Industrial Trainee

Key Responsibilities:

Support end-to-end P2P cycle including vendor onboarding, invoice processing, payments, and reconciliations in
SAP Public Cloud
Ensure timely and accurate booking of invoices in compliance with company policies and accounting standards
Liaise with internal stakeholders and vendors to resolve invoice/payment discrepancies
Perform
GRIR (Goods Receipt / Invoice Receipt)
analysis and follow up on pending items
Ensure documentation and compliance with
GST, TDS
, and other statutory requirements
Participate in month-end closing activities including
FAR, prepaid expenses, provisions
, and
AP reconciliations
Assist in internal and statutory audits by providing necessary data and documentation
Identify opportunities for
process improvement and automation
Prepare
MIS reports and dashboards
related to Accounts Payable performance

Candidate Requirements:

Pursuing
CA
Cleared
IPCC / Intermediate (both groups)
and eligible for Industrial Training
Strong understanding of
accounting principles, GST, and TDS
Proficiency in
MS Excel
(pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.); familiarity with
SAP or Oracle
is a plus
Strong
analytical and problem-solving skills
Good
communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a
fast-paced and collaborative environment
