Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Freelance CA Trainer to conduct onsite training sessions for CA aspirants/professionals. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of Chartered Accountancy subjects, excellent communication skills, and prior experience in teaching or conducting workshops.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver interactive and engaging training sessions onsite.
• Prepare course content, presentations, and case studies tailored to the audience.
• Assess trainees’ progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay updated with ICAI curriculum changes and industry developments.
• Ensure high levels of trainee satisfaction and knowledge retention.

Requirements:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in training, teaching, or relevant industry work.
• Strong command over [mention subjects if specific, e.g., Direct Tax, Financial Reporting, etc.].
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel to the training location as required.

Preferred:

• Experience with corporate or academic training.
• Ability to train across multiple CA levels (Foundation, Inter, Final).

Compensation:

Attractive per-session or per-day remuneration. Based on experience and expertise.
