About the job:

Masterminds is inviting applications from qualified Chartered Accountants to work as Teaching Faculty for CA and CMA Inter level courses.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Delivery: Deliver engaging lectures on subjects like Advanced Accounting, Auditing, Taxation, Cost & Management Accounting, Corporate Law, Financial Management & Strategic Management.
• Student Mentorship: Conduct doubt-clearing sessions, provide guidance, and mentor students to build conceptual clarity and exam strategy.
• Update & Research: Stay updated with latest ICAI amendments, syllabus changes, and teaching methodologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Qualified CA.
• Teaching Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; ability to simplify complex topics.

Potential Subjects to Teach

• Group 1: Advanced Accounting, Corporate Laws & Other Laws, , Taxation (Direct & Indirect).
• Group 2: Cost & Management Accounting, Auditing, Financial Management & Strategic Management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per month
