Solution Design & Architecture:
Lead end-to-end architecture and design of AEM solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
AEM Implementation:
Oversee the development and customization of AEM components, templates, workflows, and integrations.
Integration Expertise:
Design seamless integrations with third-party applications, including
CRM, DAM, Analytics, and Commerce platforms
.
Cloud & DevOps:
Implement and manage
AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS)
or on-premise solutions with CI/CD pipelines.
Performance Optimization:
Ensure high availability, caching strategies (Dispatcher), and system tuning for optimal performance.
Security & Compliance:
Define best practices for authentication, authorization, and secure data handling within AEM.
Stakeholder Management:
Work closely with business teams, developers, and leadership to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Mentorship:
Guide and mentor AEM developers and technical teams to maintain best practices and coding standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Expertise:
- 8+ years of experience in AEM development & architecture
- Strong knowledge of
  OSGi, Apache Sling, JCR, and AEM Dispatcher
- Experience with
  Java, HTL (Sightly), JSP, and JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js)
- Understanding of
  RESTful APIs, GraphQL, JSON, and microservices
Cloud & DevOps:
- Experience with
  AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS), AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Docker
- CI/CD pipeline management with
  Adobe Cloud Manager, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions
Architecture & Integration:
- Hands-on experience with
  Headless CMS, Content as a Service (CaaS)
- Proven ability to integrate AEM with
  Adobe Analytics, Target, and third-party platforms
Agile & Stakeholder Management:
- Strong collaboration skills in
  Agile/Scrum environments
- Ability to
  translate business requirements into technical solutions
