C# Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using

  C#/.NET technologies

  .
• Work extensively with

  XML and XPath

  for data handling, parsing, and transformations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code with proper documentation.
  
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues.
  
• Gain hands-on training and exposure in

  CLM platforms

  and

  DocuSign APIs

  for contract workflows and e-signature solutions.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies – sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives.
  
• Continuously improve code quality, system performance, and development processes.
  

Required Skills

• 3–6 years of hands-on development experience in

  C#/.NET Core, ASP.NET, and related frameworks

  .
• Strong understanding of

  OOPS, REST APIs, and SQL databases

  .

• Proficiency in XML and XPath

  for querying, transformation, and integration tasks.
• Experience with version control (Git, Azure DevOps, or similar).
  
• Good debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  
• Willingness and enthusiasm to learn

  CLM tools

  and

  DocuSign integrations

  .

Good to Have

• Experience with

  cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)

• Exposure to

  JavaScript/React/Angular

  for front-end development.
• Knowledge of contract management or e-signature platforms.
