Your new role challenging and future-oriented

Procurement Manager

Coordination with Order Management for all incoming purchase requests with all required technical inputs.
Invite offers from approved suppliers, in close co-ordination with strategic procurement team, from local and import market.
Make techno-commercial evaluation of offers, negotiate as per benchmarking and prepare techno-commercial comparison for assessment and approval. Purchase order creation and close follow-up for delivery of goods and services in line with end customer want date within the compliance framework of organization.
Establish and manage communication with support functions like engineering, quality, stores, commercials, finance etc.
Define and execute strategy for vendor loading and monitor on time deliveries from suppliers to meet end customer delivery and organization revenue targets.
Prepare advance planning and strategy in co-ordination with order management team for raw material and spare inventory for smooth execution of short lead time customer orders.
Co-ordinate and monitor with internal workshop for need of their purchase requests for goods and services for jobs getting repaired / manufactured in house.

BE Mechanical with 8 to 10 Years of Experience in procurement for steam turbines or similar heavy manufacturing industry.
