BUYING CORDINATOR

• Research and evaluate opportunities for cost reduction wherever possible.
• Conduct market analysis of various products to identify trends and competitive pricing.
• Evaluate and compare suppliers for procurement of products and materials.
• Negotiate prices with suppliers in line with prevailing market trends.
• Manage effective purchasing and ordering of products for production and office requirements.
• Ensure proper order placement after receiving duly approved requisition forms from respective departments.
• Handle new product development activities, including artwork creation, pouch development, and carton development.
• Allocate, plan, and order pouches and cartons as per requisitions with proper authorized approvals.
• Create work orders after obtaining consent and approval from superiors.
• Conduct regular market visits to gather market intelligence and supplier insights.
• Maintain supplier lists and ensure proper documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
