We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Buyer to join our team. The Buyer will be responsible for planning, selecting, and purchasing jewellery pieces from the brand’s collections, customer profile, and commercial objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of luxury retail, market trends, and product performance to ensure the right balance between creativity and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute seasonal buying strategies in line with brand vision, sales targets, and market trends.
• Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market performance to inform buying decisions.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock rotation and availability across stores and online channels.
• Collaborate with the design and production teams to provide input on trends, pricing, and product development.
• Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to ensure the best quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, product mix, and margin analysis.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to stay informed on trends and competitor activity.
• Work closely with merchandising, marketing, and retail teams to align product strategy with brand storytelling and visual presentation.
• Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Buyer or Assistant Buyer, ideally within fine jewellery, luxury fashion, or accessories.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in retail math, Excel, and inventory systems.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Deep understanding of the luxury consumer and market trends.
• Ability to balance creativity with commercial awareness.
