Position Title: Consultant

Years of Experience : 2 to 4 years

Job Experience : 2 years working experience in multinational

high technology corporation, in direct procurement or Indirect procurememt.

Educational : Typically requires a minimum of bachelors degree or MBA in Supply Chain Management

Primary Responsibilities:

• Coordinates repair/refurb activities with planning and engineering departments to repair / replace inventory at an effective cost and timely manner.
• Processes purchase orders and requests for quotes to suppliers.
• Own responsibility of supplier coordination in meeting cycle time for RMA & Repairs/refurbishments. Also coordinate with warehouse to resolve receiving variances & MRB issues
• Monitors the cost, schedule and scope of assigned subcontracts to negotiate highest quality at best value.
• Interacts closely with suppliers and QA to resolve quality issues.
• Requires domestic or global understanding of assigned commodities
• Analyzes reports and metrics for deviation from plan, reconciles data variances and uses that information to guide the identification of root cause and execution of corrective action activities to deliver system capability and improvement

Skills required to perform the job:

• Proficiency in SAP MM, MS Office Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
• Ability and skill to manage repair ops business processes with sustained results
• High level of Supplier interfacing skills, effective listener, professional and courteous
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate cross-functionally
• Strong Problem-solving skills to analyze, document and improve business processes with sustained results
• High energy, strong work ethic, adaptive, able to meet tight deadlines
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a desire to work as part of a team

Desirable Skill:

• Strong negotiation Skills
• Microsoft PowerApps and Power BI
• Hands on experience must in purchase creation.
