Job Description

Identify, evaluate, and source suppliers/vendors globally for fabrics, trims, and accessories.
Negotiate aggressively on pricing, payment terms, and lead times to secure the best deals for the company.
Analyze market trends, competitor sourcing strategies, and new product developments to stay ahead in textile innovation.
Build and maintain strong networks with suppliers, manufacturers, and industry stakeholders.
Ensure timely procurement aligned with production schedules and quality standards.
Monitor supplier performance, resolve disputes, and manipulate situations tactfully to the company’s advantage.
Travel to trade fairs, exhibitions, and supplier locations to build visibility and expand sourcing networks.
Work closely with design, production, and merchandising teams to forecast material requirements.
