What Youll Do

  • Sourcing Leadership ?

    Identify, evaluate, and secure fabrics, trims, and production partners while building long-term vendor relationships.
  • Range Planning ?

    Build seasonal line plans that balance creative vision with market demand.
  • Buying & Costing ?

    Negotiate with suppliers to achieve competitive costs while maintaining quality.
  • Pricing & Margins ?

    Develop pricing strategies that optimize profitability without compromising creativity.
  • Product Development ?

    Manage collection timelines from initial sampling to final production, ensuring on-time delivery.
  • Market Insights ?

    Track trends, competitor assortments, and customer preferences to inform decisions.
  • Calendar Management ?

    Oversee collection calendars to ensure smooth flow across design, sampling, and production.
  • Performance Review ?

    Analyze sales data and feedback to refine future collections.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration ?

    Partner closely with Design, Pattern, and Production to bring collections from concept to customer.
  • (Add-on) International Outreach ?

    Support Studio Bhaas global presence by connecting with buyers and MBOs across the UK, Dubai, and Europe.

Who You Are

  • Degree in Fashion Management, Buying, Merchandising, or related field.
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in sourcing, buying, and merchandising (luxury/RTW preferred).

  • Strong sourcing network and expertise in textiles, trims, and production partners.
  • Skilled in garment costing, pricing, and margin management.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management abilities.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and confident with retail math.
  • Comfortable with cross-functional collaboration.
  • Bonus: exposure to international buying, sales, or business development.
  • Above all, proactive and passionate about building a new language of Indian luxury.
