Job Description

Source and procure mechanical components such as Bearing, Drives, Hydraulic system etc.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to achieve cost savings and value engineering goals.
Evaluate and manage supplier performance to meet quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
Collaborate closely with engineering, quality, and logistics teams to align procurement activities with technical and project requirements.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, delivery, and inventory control.
Analyze market trends and supplier performance data to identify sourcing risks and opportunities.
Ensure compliance with company policies, QMS , industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Resolve supplier issues related to quality, delivery delays, or commercial disputes.
Sending RFQ, Prepare comparison statement. Conducting 1st Stage negotiation. Preparing Purchase orders in SAP after approvals.
Timely material receipt & reporting. Sending regular forecast to vendor for material delivery.
Strong analytical skills & Vendor management.
Material follow-up for timely delivery & timely input to superiors for any non-performance at vendor end / critical matters.
Cost control, inventory management and savings.
