Job Description: The candidate should be capable enough to assist and carry out at least following functions: Network servers and technology tools Set up accounts and workstations Maintain AWS Cloud server and it's data backup Liaise with ERP software vendors to ensure proper service delivery and support. Ensure data integrity and security within the ERP system. Install and configure software and hardware Manage Office 365 admin portal Administration and management of windows workstations: install/update software, support and help-desk for users, troubleshooting, routine checks, monitor software installations, report illegal software use/installations. Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements Troubleshoot issues and outages Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls Upgrade systems with new releases and models Schedule and manage regular backups to prevent data loss. Ensure data integrity by periodically testing restore processes. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights to ensure appropriate access to resources. Handle CCTV, EPBX and Biometric Maintain workstation and necessary peripheral device i.e. router, printer etc. Qualification, Experience & Skill Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Candidates located in or willing to relocate to Ahmedabad are preferred. Expertise in L1-L2 Technical Support and troubleshooting. Experience with ERP Implementation and support. Strong understanding of EDP (Electronic Data Processing) systems. In-depth knowledge of Firewall Management and network security. Experience with CCTV Systems, EPBX, and related technologies. Proficient in AWS Cloud Servers, SQL Databases, and server management. Hands-on experience with Office365 Admin Centre, Hyper-V, and AD Server. Job Description: The candidate should be capable enough to carry out at least following functions: To Execute & Monitor complete Purchase activity related to raw material & any other material or services related to manufacturing of Solar Panels, Structures, Plant, Projects & machine Maintenance. Purchase Activity Includes Purchase of domestic as well as imported raw material for solar and fabrication industry. Follow up with suppliers for delivery of purchased items as per the delivery schedule. Deal with suppliers for non-supplied material, under order delivery, over order delivery and damaged goods if any. Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications. Examine and review products and suppliers to ensure quality criteria. Preparing cost estimates and managing budgets and also working for improvement of purchasing systems and processes. Negotiate appropriate contracts for pricing and supply. Analyze potential vendors and suppliers for future project needs. Coordinate with account team members on invoicing and other financial term. Preparing required documents for import material and make communication in custom department through the concerned person for other documents and approval for procurement of imported items bond process for import planning to the custom department. Working with the clearance team at various port for material clearance process and ensure to file all the documents properly and in the time frame. Coordination with production, stores and QC departments. Interactions with suppliers for new requirement and new product development. Coordination with approved Vendors for rate, Material availability etc. Vendor selection and order Finalization Post order activities like Maintaining Purchase data, material follow up, material inward, Account entry verification & Payment process Coordinate with Vendor in case of material rejection , Goods return or any material or service related issues Vendor Development. Monitoring & Performance evaluation of all major approved vendors and maintain business relation with them based on evaluation and future business policy. Negotiation and finalization of rate contract for all major production related and routine consumption products. Monitoring and reviewing rates monthly, Quarterly or yearly based on market and type of product & try to reduce final costing of approved BOM as much as possible in each Quarter. Market survey and suggestion of new or alternate product suitable in production or project (change in BOM) to reduce overall BOM costing without affecting or degradation of quality of finish product or project items. Co-ordinate with production / Project team to review stock and schedule purchase plan based on production / Project planning. Co-ordinate with production / Quality team for approval of any new product while execution of sample / trial order. Participate in vendor visit along with Quality person for new vendor development Working for various certification processes as per requirement and standards. Coordinate with QC team for calibration of each and every instrument which required calibration. Take a Part in audit process of mainly testing of PV modules and related certificate. Qualification, Experience & Skill Requirements: Candidate should be a Graduate/ Post Graduate in Engineering (Renewable Energy, Electrical, Mechanical etc.) with good knowledge of purchase. Candidate should have worked on ERP/ Tally or such other software. Minimum three to five years experience in purchase of items related to the solar industry or such other renewable energy projects.
