Job Description

Review and manage purchase orders from creation to fulfillment, ensuring timely delivery of materials.
Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
Negotiate prices and terms with vendors to achieve cost savings.
Monitor vendor performance and provide feedback to improve quality and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of planning and buying principles, including material follow-up and negotiation.
Experience with inventory management software and systems, focusing on accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with co-workers and suppliers.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with commercial and financial aspects of business operations, including budgeting and forecasting.
A Bachelor's degree is required for this position.
