Job Description

Role & responsibilities As applicable, negotiate price, quality, and terms relative to purchase orders for the functional areas of the Company. Collect and analyze supplier basic quotation and information. Inspect supplier quality to ensure that the products are regular to make shipment. Expedite delivery with suppliers in accordance with purchase order terms and conditions. Expedite purchase orders for goods and services as required. Initiate activities to improve supplier performance. Assist other Purchasing personnel on projects as required. Ensure three-way matching of invoices before submitting to finance. Ensure supplier file GST payments on time.
