Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Buyer cum Store Keeper to join our team at Shades and Style Design Studio. This role involves managing procurement of materials and inventory for our design projects, ensuring timely availability of required goods, and maintaining organized and up-to-date store records. A valid 2-wheeler driving license is mandatory for field visits and vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement & Buying:

• Source and purchase materials, furnishings, hardware, and design-related items as per project requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors/suppliers to obtain the best quality and price.
• Manage purchase orders, delivery timelines, and negotiate terms.
• Ensure timely procurement to avoid project delays.

Storekeeping & Inventory Management:

• Maintain accurate inventory records of all materials and supplies.
• Receive and inspect goods for quality and quantity upon delivery.
• Organize and manage storage areas to ensure easy access and safety.
• Monitor stock levels and plan reordering as necessary.
• Conduct periodic stock checks and audits.

Documentation & Coordination:

• Maintain purchase records, invoices, and vendor contacts.
• Coordinate with design and production teams for material requirements.
• Assist in maintaining cost control and budgeting for materials.

Requirements:

• Valid 2-wheeler driving license is mandatory.
• Proven experience in buying/procurement and inventory/storekeeping.
• Knowledge of interior design materials and market preferred.
• Good negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, inventory software, etc.)
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
