Buyer Associate/Buyer

As a Buyer at Qualcomm India Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in managing purchase orders and day-to-day procurement activities efficiently. Your responsibilities will include ensuring timely delivery of materials and parts required by internal stakeholders, managing supplier relationships, negotiating costs, and ensuring promise dates are met. You will need to review requisitions or MRPs to anticipate supply and demand requirements and collaborate with teams to execute purchase orders and resolve any issues that may arise. Key Responsibilities: - Manage purchase orders and procurement activities effectively - Ensure timely delivery of materials and parts - Negotiate costs with suppliers and maintain healthy supplier relationships - Review requisitions and anticipate supply and demand requirements - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute purchase orders and address issues Qualifications Required: - Associate's degree or High School Diploma or Equivalent - At least 1 year of experience in buyer, procurement, supply chain, or related field - Good understanding of REQ to PO process in the Oracle Platform - Experience in invoice resolution process and working with cross-functional teams - Strong skills in Vendor Negotiations, Tactical Sourcing, and Contract Management - Hands-on experience with the Oracle Platform - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Flexibility to work in shifts - Innovative, self-motivated, and ability to drive process improvements - Team player with strong problem-solving abilities If you meet the qualifications and are interested in joining Qualcomm as a Buyer, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
