Job Title: Butler cum Personal Assistant (PA)

Location: Kolkata (Near Acropolis Mall / Ruby Hospital)

Budget: Open, based on experience

Accommodation & Meals: Provided, if required

Candidates based in Kolkata or from Kolkata will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

* Handle daily phone calls, emails, and other communications efficiently.

* Liaise with the internal Admin team for operational support and task execution.

Travel & Event Coordination

* Coordinate domestic and international travel, including visa, flight, hotel bookings through the travel desk.

* Assist in planning and organizing meetings, conferences, and company events.

Personal Assistance

* Manage personal errands, restaurant bookings, and appointments.

* Handle confidential documents and sensitive personal matters with discretion.

Office & Task Management

* Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems.

* Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth operations.

Financial & Expense Management

* Track and process invoices, bills, and expense reports.

* Handle occasional payment-related follow-ups and tasks as needed.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

* Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

* High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.

* Previous experience as a PA, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role preferred.

Background in hospitality is mandatory. Candidates with international exposure or experience with reputed hospitality brands will be given preference.

* Must be adaptable, problem-solving oriented, and detail-focused.

* Should be open to flexible working hours and high-pressure scenarios.
