Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Noida. In this role, the individual will identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and maintain relationships with clients, analyze market trends, create and execute business plans, and collaborate with internal teams to meet sales targets. The role involves strategic thinking, proactive outreach, and ensuring the delivery of successful outcomes for the company and its clients.

• Strong Analytical Skills for assessing market trends and identifying business opportunities
• Excellent Communication abilities to build client relationships and present ideas effectively
• Proficiency in Business Planning and Sales for driving revenue growth and achieving targets
• Experience in Project Management for effectively coordinating and executing business initiatives
• Adept in interpersonal skills and teamwork, with a focus on collaboration and achieving objectives
• Prior experience in business development or sales roles is advantageous
• Educational qualifications such as a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field are preferred
