B2C Sales Experience: Experience in handling individual learners (working professionals, students, freshers) rather than corporate sales. 5. Proven Track Record of Achieving Targets: Consistent performance in hitting or exceeding monthly/quarterly targets. 9. Graduate Degree (preferably in business, IT, or engineering): Educational background that aligns with tech/education sales is a plus.
