About the job: Key Responsibilities: 1. Build trust and relationships first: Engage prospects authentically through calls, messages, and webinars to establish credibility and emotional connection before pitching. 2. Lead post-webinar closing conversations: Follow up with attendees, address objections, identify needs, and close high-ticket sales confidently using full-stack sales techniques. 3. Own the end-to-end sales process: Manage leads through Excel, maintain consistent follow-ups, and nurture client relationships for long-term value, upsells, and referrals. Familiarity with webinar-to-sale closing frameworks, discovery calls, and objection-handling strategies 4. Strong emotional intelligence and active listening skills – ability to connect deeply with prospects and clients 5. Experience using Excel, Zoom, WhatsApp, and follow-up automation software 6. Comfortable with performance-based roles and commission-driven compensation 7. Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented with a passion for helping others succeed 8. Available for flexible hours to accommodate global webinars and client time zones 9.
