Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Travel Sales Manager - MICE, located at Noida. The Business Travel Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and driving sales for MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) within the business travel sector. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing sales strategies, managing relationships with clients, generating sales through new and existing client relationship. The role requires close collaboration with various teams to deliver tailored travel solutions and exceptional customer service. Qualifications & Skills Experience in Travel Sales, Sales, and Sales Management Knowledge of Business Travel and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) Proficiency in Budgeting and financial planning for execution of the group Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills Ability to work independently. Understanding of the travel industry and market trends Having existing client relationship and managing the MICE groups from corporate. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Target driven approach required.
