Role: Business Transformation Associate Manager

Experience: 10-14 Years
Location: Bengaluru /NoidaSkill Requirements:

Strong experience in Business Transformation / Process Excellence
Hands-on experience in ERP Projects / System Implementations (Oracle / SAP / MS Dynamics)
Domain experience across O2C / SCM / F&A / Business Operations
Expertise in process mapping (AS-IS / TO-BE) and future-state design
Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication
Proven capability to lead cross-functional teams and transformation workstreams
Experience in data analysis, KPI tracking & reporting
Ability to drive automation & digitization initiatives

Good to Have Skills:

Lean Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt / Black Belt)
