As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. With 2-3 years of experience in sales, particularly in digital marketing and IT services, you will leverage your expertise to identify new business opportunities and build lasting relationships with clients. Your responsibilities will include researching potential clients, developing effective sales strategies, and conducting market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities: Conduct research to target potential clients from various industries and expand our customer base. - Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients, partners, and stakeholders. - Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets effectively. - Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs. - Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals showcasing our services and solutions. - Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and project management teams to align strategies and ensure smooth execution of client projects. - Networking: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote services and expand connections. - Reporting: Track and report on sales metrics, client feedback, and market insights to drive strategic decisions. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field. - 2+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in digital marketing or IT services. - Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and IT solutions. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
