Role Overview: As a Business and Technical Analyst at Astellas, you will play a crucial role in driving digital initiatives forward in an agile organization. Your main responsibilities will include collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their needs, translating business requirements into technical specifications, designing solutions that fulfill business needs, and ensuring projects stay on track to meet deadlines and budget constraints. Additionally, you will be responsible for testing solutions, providing training and support to end-users, and creating and maintaining documentation related to business requirements and technical specifications.
