Business System Analyst I - SAP Security

In your role as an SAP Security Specialist at MKS, you will be integral to ensuring the security of our SAP landscape. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Managing SAP security roles, GRC configuration, and user access management to uphold SOX compliance and ITGC controls. - Troubleshooting authorization issues and providing support for day-to-day business operations and project execution. - Collaborating closely with Business teams and auditors to address risks, participate in audit reviews, and maintain compliance standards. - Supporting SAP upgrade activities, role design for ECC/S4HANA, and enhancing GRC processes to fortify our security posture. Under the guidance of the Director SAP ERP Applications, we are seeking a skilled SAP security analyst BSA who can: - Implement and support SAP security Roles for various SAP Products/Projects. - Administer SAP GRC configuration (Access Control module), rule sets, workflows, and approvers for user provisioning, emergency access, and access recertification. - Manage SAP GRC master data, perform risk analysis, and support audit and compliance activities. - Conduct user access reviews, troubleshoot authorization issues, and work on SOD analysis and SOX compliance. - Collaborate with internal and external auditors, and ensure the effectiveness of IT General controls. - Work closely with PDO teams and support all security-related tasks. Your qualifications should include: - Minimum 5-8 years of total experience. - Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent. - Proficiency in SAP business application software, integrated solutions, and ERP GRC solutions. - Strong knowledge of SAP security/GRC design, deployment, and audits for role-based Security. - Experience in role design, troubleshooting workflow issues, and effective communication within a team. - Excellent time and project management skills. - Proficient in English (written and spoken).
