Business System Analyst

The position is a full-time role for an experienced Business Analyst with Core Banking expertise. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor of Computer Science degree and be prepared to work at the client location in Thrissur. As a Business Analyst at FIS, you will have the opportunity to tackle challenging issues in financial services and technology. The FIS team is seeking a motivated individual to join as a Business Analyst. The responsibilities include analyzing issues, providing solutions to projects and change requests, and collaborating with other team members to ensure project deliverables are met. Key responsibilities of the role include designing, testing, implementing, and supporting applications software within budget and timelines. You will work closely with customers, business analysts, and technical team members to align technical solutions with business requirements and IT strategies. Additionally, you will develop new applications, modify existing logic, and ensure software applications are tested, debugged, documented, and maintained. The ideal candidate should have at least 5-8 years of overall experience with a minimum of 5 years in Business Analysis related to Core Banking Applications. Hands-on experience with Profile is advantageous. Knowledge of Scrum, Agile, and project management life cycle skills are desirable. Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills are essential for this role.
