Job Description

Role Overview: As a Support Specialist, your main responsibility will be to provide support to a specialist team in areas such as Security, Asset Management, Information Management, or Resource Management. You will be tasked with resolving problems and queries efficiently, utilizing your good working knowledge in the specialist area to handle specific tasks within the discipline. Your role will also involve maintaining basic knowledge of the specific field and relevant tools and methods. Key Responsibilities: - Provide specialized support for a service delivery unit, business area, or team to ensure reliability and efficiency, aiming to improve customer service through timely resolution of tasks, problems, or queries. - Analyze and diagnose potential problems or issues, making recommendations for resolution to team leaders or managers to uphold appropriate service levels. - Collaborate with your business area or team as well as other departments within Fujitsu to foster working relationships and meet business unit requirements. - Plan, organize, and monitor work to adapt to changes in priorities and achieve targets effectively. - Maintain relevant data for the specified role to ensure accurate records and reporting when necessary. - Communicate effectively with colleagues, managers, and customers, utilizing appropriate questioning, listening, and presentation skills to convey information appropriately. - Operate processes, standards, and practices while identifying areas for improvement to meet business unit requirements. - Understand the business impact of your role on the team and contribute to maintaining productivity and controlling costs. - Continuously develop depth of knowledge in your area and take the initiative to expand your skills for personal contribution to the team. Qualifications Required: - Minimum JLPT (Japanese Language Proficiency Test) level N3 or higher preferred. - Strong Japanese language skills in speaking, reading, and listening. - Excellent communication skills in Japanese. - Ability to proactively improve language and job-related skills through learning initiatives. - Comfortable engaging in conversations and understanding complex information in Japanese. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
