Business Senior Analyst - Assistant Vice President

Role Overview: The Business Senior Analyst position involves liaising between business users and technologists to exchange information effectively. You will work closely with the Technology team to contribute to continuous exploration and investigation of business performance for driving business planning. Key Responsibilities: - Define business, financial, and operations requirements and systems goals in collaboration with decision makers, systems owners, and end users - Identify and establish the scope and parameters of systems analysis to define outcome criteria and measure-taking actions - Analyze business processes, identify gaps in capabilities, data sources, interfaces, and process changes required to address capability gaps - Generate and compile reports based on findings, including probable causes and potential solutions to systems issues - Provide advice related to technology or operations, ensure essential procedures are followed, and contribute to defining standards - Filter, prioritize, and validate complex material from multiple sources and perform other assigned duties - Assess risk when making business decisions, considering the firm's reputation and compliance with laws, rules, and regulations Qualifications: - 7+ years of experience in business analysis or systems analysis - Experience working with Brokerage products, mutual funds, fixed income, investment advisory, etc. preferred - Demonstrated ability to use complex analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving techniques effectively - Proven interpersonal, diplomatic, and influencing skills - Consistent demonstration of clear and concise written and verbal communication Education: - Bachelor's degree/University degree/ MBA (Finance) or equivalent experience Additional Company Details: - The job falls under the Technology job family group and Business Analysis / Client Services job family. *Note: The "Most Relevant Skills" and "Other Relevant Skills" sections have been omitted as they are not directly related to the job description*,
