Job Description

As a SES Business Risk Analyst at the company, your role will involve global responsibilities for a book of both public and private equity financing transactions. You will have exposure to various products such as Margin Loans, Private Equity Limited Partnership (PELP) financing, Net Asset Value (NAV) financing, and Structured Prime. Your main focus will be on tracking covenant compliance, trend analysis, and learning company financial analysis. This position will directly support and report into the SES business. **Key Responsibilities:** - Review compliance certificates and covenants in NAV, PELP, and structured prime transactions. Analyze portfolio trends and highlight significant moves in the portfolio. - Perform regular data checks and coordinate with operations to ensure accuracy and completeness of SES data. Pull data for ad hoc requests. - Run counterparty risk ratings of non-credit managed issuers in the CAT/Citi Financial/Helios (internal) system. Review memos and complete quality control checklists. - Work with the SES team to complete quarterly and regional annual portfolio review requirements for SES products. This includes pulling transaction metrics and collateral issuer financials performance and ensuring timely data submission and its accuracy. - Assist in managing and monitoring trends and developments in the existing Margin Loan, PELP, NAV, and structured prime book. Work on portfolio reports as needed. - Assist with special projects and business initiatives including portfolio reviews, group policies and guidelines, regulatory requests, and audit reviews. **Qualifications:** - 0-1 year of experience in data management/portfolio reporting, attention to detail, and ability to coordinate deliverables across a variety of groups. - Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and ability to create presentation materials. - Ability to work with senior members of the team, sense of ownership to follow-up and complete tasks. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. As an SES Business Risk Analyst, you will need a Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience.
