Business Research Intern

• Collecting and organizing business-related data from various online sources
• Accuracy checking and structuring datasets
• Understanding business directories and competitor research

2. Business Analysis Documentation

• Business Requirement Document (BRD) creation
• Functional Requirement Document (FRD) creation
• Writing user stories & use cases
• Developing process flow diagrams & UML diagrams
• Creating wireframes and mockups using tools like Figma

3. Basics of Data Analysis

• SQL fundamentals
• Data analysis using Excel
• Introduction to Power BI & Tableau
• Understanding KPIs and dashboards

4. SEO, Branding & Digital Marketing

• Basics of Search Engine Optimization
• Social media branding fundamentals
• Intro to Google Ads, Meta Ads
• Email marketing workflows & tools

5. Web Development Platforms (CMS)

• Website building using Wix, WordPress, Shopify, Webflow
• UI/UX basics for website structuring
• Understanding CMS functionality and design principles

Responsibilities

• Perform manual data scrapping tasks with accuracy
• Assist in preparing BA documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories, etc.)
• Create flow diagrams, wireframes, and simple prototypes
• Conduct competitive and industry research
• Support SEO and digital marketing activities
• Help in building and editing websites using CMS tools
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and review discussions
