Role & responsibilities Conduct comprehensive cold calling campaigns to identify and engage potential clients from existing databases Research and identify new business opportunities with Indian and foreign MNCs Generate qualified leads through various channels including digital outreach, networking, and referrals Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth Schedule and conduct client meetings to understand business requirements and present tailored solutions Deliver compelling presentations on our services including Central and State subsidies, SME IPO advisory, and business consultancy Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations Conduct regular follow-ups to nurture prospects and convert leads into clients Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records of all client interactions and sales activities Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and performance metrics for management review Track and analyze conversion rates, deal closure timelines, and revenue forecasts Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales activities Business development Preferred candidate profile 3-5 years of proven sales and business development experience, preferably in financial services, consulting, or advisory firms Preference will be given to the candidate who have working experience in similar Business advisory firms and working in B2B space . Demonstrated experience working with Indian and foreign multinational corporations Prior exposure to government subsidy schemes, regulatory compliance, or IPO processes is highly preferred Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools
