As a Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) Senior Consultant / Manager / Associate Director, you will play a crucial role in driving efficiency and effectiveness across the organization through process redesign. Your primary responsibility will be to create processing journeys that are aligned with key customer requirements, ensuring a customer-centric approach in all initiatives. You will be expected to lead global/regional initiatives from opportunity identification to benefit realization, demonstrating strong transformational leadership skills. Managing cross-functional programs aimed at enhancing client experience, reducing costs, and improving operations will be one of your key focus areas. In this role, you will be responsible for designing end-to-end IT and non-IT solutions that are in line with strategic goals. You will define and apply process engineering methodologies to establish performance standards that ensure quality and consistency in operations. Continuous improvement will be a key aspect of your role, where you will develop KPIs and actionable metrics to drive ongoing performance enhancements. Collaboration with Risk Stewards will be essential to ensure that solutions align with internal policies and frameworks related to compliance and risk management.
