Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.- Should have influencing and advisory skills.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.- Design and develop Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP solutions to meet business needs.- Perform system testing and support user acceptance testing.- Provide technical guidance and support to the development team.- Ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices.- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP technology.- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.- Conduct training sessions for end-users on Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP functionality.- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and methodologies.- Assist in the evaluation and selection of third-party tools and integrations.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
